TestingOps

Your QA team, staffed by agents.

An AI QA organization for every product: a QA Delivery Lead and Test Engineers that take requests, write grounded test cases, run them on RunningOps and report back.

Who it is for
Product and QA teams that need continuous testing of web apps and native Android/iOS apps without growing a manual QA department.

What it is

TestingOps is an autonomous QA platform for web and mobile teams. It staffs every project with a coordinated crew of AI agents (delivery lead, test engineers, data engineer, test manager) that read your requirements and repositories, write step-by-step test cases with verified expected results, run them on RunningOps and file defects to your tracker.

What it does

Requests in, results out

Customers open a request from a template, attach specs, PDFs or an APK/IPA; the crew asks questions in-thread and reports back.

Scenarios to executable cases

Agents design business scenarios, derive step-by-step cases with verified expected results and keep a full version history. Every step cites its evidence.

Suites on a schedule

Cases are grouped into suites per web, Android or iOS target and scheduled daily, weekly, every N hours or with a custom cron.

Defects caught, not chased

A failing run becomes a defect with reproduction steps, screenshot and video; one click files it to Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Linear or YouTrack.

Real phone, real SIM, real OTP

Mobile runs use real devices with real SIM cards: a test reserves a number, reads the operator's SMS and continues.

Traceability and coverage

A knowledge graph links requirements to cases to results, so you see what is covered, what never ran and what is untested.

How it works

  1. 01

    Connect your world

Create a web or mobile project, add environments and credentials, upload the app build, link Jira/GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps.

  2. 02

    Agents build the inventory

The AI team explores the product, designs scenarios, writes executable cases and measures every expected result against reality.

  3. 03

    Run, fix, repeat

Scheduled suites run on RunningOps, failures are triaged and filed, and Fix with AI updates case steps from the run itself.

Where it sits in the lifecycle

TestingOps produces the tests at the Commit stage of the lifecycle; findings from ReplayOps and coverage gaps from CoverOps flow back to its agents.

Where it runs

Cloud with a single fixed egress IP, runs behind your VPN through a gateway, your own phones and Mac hosts as private devices, or the whole platform on-premise.

Works with

Jira, Confluence, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Linear, YouTrack; TestRail, Xray, Zephyr Scale, Azure Test Plans, Qase, qTest; RunningOps, BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, Browserbase, Browser Use, Playwright; REST API, MCP server and signed webhooks.

Frequently asked questions

Is TestingOps a script generator?
No. It is a full testing organization of AI agents: intake, planning, authoring, executing, reporting and learning, per project and per customer. Scripts are one output of that process.
How does TestingOps avoid inventing test steps?
Agents read your repositories, trackers and documents and ground every case on what is actually there. Each step cites its evidence; when evidence is missing the agent says so instead of guessing.
Can it test native mobile apps?
Yes. Upload an APK or IPA once; mobile suites run on real devices with real SIM cards, including one-time codes read from the device.
Which trackers and test-management tools does it work with?
Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Linear and YouTrack receive defects; TestRail, Xray, Zephyr Scale, Azure Test Plans, Qase and qTest receive cases and results. Anything else connects through the REST API or the MCP server.
Can it run inside our network?
Yes. Runs can reach VPN-only environments through a gateway, cloud runs leave from one fixed IP, and the platform also installs on-premise.
