Data controller

Cunda is the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). You can reach us at https://cunda.ai/en/contact.

What we process

When you submit the contact form we process your name, e-mail address, company, phone number (optional) and message, plus your IP address, browser information and the submission time for security purposes.

When you only browse the site, server logs record the IP address, request time and requested page.

Purposes and legal basis

Form data is processed to answer your request and to establish a business relationship, based on your consent (GDPR art. 6/1-a) and pre-contractual steps (GDPR art. 6/1-b).

Server logs are processed to keep the site secure and available (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6/1-f).

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Only your language preference is kept in your browser's local storage and is never sent to the server.

Links to the product sites (testingops.ai, runningops.ai, coverops.ai, replayops.ai) are governed by their own privacy policies.

Sharing and retention

Form data is forwarded to the customer relationship system used by our sales team and to our e-mail infrastructure. Data is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt).

Contact requests are kept for at most 2 years after the request is closed; server logs for at most 90 days.

Your rights

Under GDPR art. 15-22 and KVKK art. 11 you may access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to the processing of, and port your data. Send requests through the contact channel above; we answer within 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
